Service and acceptance
BluePrint menus provides assisted digital-menu services. A WhatsApp inquiry is not an order, payment, or binding acceptance. We confirm scope, deliverables and final price before starting work.
Plans and licensed location
Essential and Signature each cover one menu licensed to one registered physical café location. Customers may view the menu from anywhere; the license does not restrict guest viewing through GPS. Multi-location use requires a separate agreement.
Pricing and optional creation
Essential: 175 riyals per month, 700 for the first annual term, 500 for annual renewal. Signature: 225 per month, 1,000 for the first annual term, 700 for annual renewal. Creating a complete new menu from scratch is optional and costs 400 riyals only if selected. Extras are charged separately when requested. Applicable tax and payment terms will be confirmed before purchase.
Included features and update requests
Essential includes up to 20 items and 3 included updates annually. Signature includes up to 100 items and 5 included updates annually, with brand-matched colors and a custom theme. Scope, edit batches, and response times must be agreed before work starts.
Languages and customer materials
Arabic and English are supported. Signature also supports three additional languages. An additional language beyond the included allowance costs 50 riyals. The café supplies all necessary translations and has permission to use its submitted materials.
Renewals, cancellations and refunds
The applicable renewal date, cancellation notice period, refund rules, and any applicable taxes must be confirmed in the final customer agreement before payment. No automatic renewal or payment is initiated through this landing page.
Delivery, review and publication
We confirm the project timetable, review process, and publication steps after receiving and reviewing the café’s materials. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
QR and third-party services
Print-ready standard QR files are part of the listed plans. NFC cards and custom QR designs are optional extras. External services such as WhatsApp are governed by their own terms.
